Welcome to my home bakery! Every cookie is baked with care in a home kitchen, made to order with quality ingredients. To keep everything running smoothly, please review the following policies before placing your order.

📅 Order Notice

  • Regular Orders (based on availability): Restock: Thursday at 9 AM CST | Store Closes: Saturday at 11 AM CST | Pick up by Appointment Only

  • Bulk Orders (25–60 cookies): Require 5–7 days’ notice.

  • Large Orders (61–100 cookies): Require 7–10 days’ notice.

  • Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee.

💵 Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your order.

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal.

🔁 Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.

Because I bake everything fresh, made-to-order, and often begin prepping ingredients well in advance, I’m unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Please double-check your order details and pick up time before submitting.

🛍️ Pick up & Delivery

  • Pick up location: NRG/Med Center Area

  • Pick up is always free and available by appointment. Please be on time to ensure freshness.

  • Delivery may be available within a certain radius for an additional fee. Inquire at time of order.

  • Free delivery for large orders of 50 cookies or more.

All cookies are baked in a home kitchen that handles common allergens, including eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and wheat. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

Products and Services

  • Hook’d Bakery LLC makes every effort to ensure that all information through the services, including descriptions of our products and listed prices, is accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will strive to resolve all errors in the website's information as soon as possible.

  • The actual sizes and shapes of products may differ from how they appear on your screen.

  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services we offer.

  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, and at our sole discretion. We further reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on the website is void where prohibited.
